She specializes in project management and process improvement strategies with a passion for coaching executives and staff in how to develop a problem solving culture and lead change. Patricia has 30 years of healthcare experience, including previous employment with large healthcare systems and an architectural design firm. She earned certifications in Project Management, Lean Healthcare, and Six Sigma Green Belt. Patricia enjoys teaching as Adjunct Instructor and as faculty at national conferences. She has written articles on risk assessments and has a newly released book unveiling her 10-step model on Process Improvement Strategy Deployment.
