Instructor Profile:
Paul J Snyder, is a certified Safety Professional (CSP) and a certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) retired status as of 2009. He has also served as a Special Government Employee for VPP (SGE 2003-2010). Mr. Snyder did his BS, Biology /Public Health from the University of Kentucky in 1968 and MS, Environmental Health Science, Tulane University in 1969.

Mr. Snyder is experienced in safety management systems, OSHA VPP, emergency planning, process safety management, OSHA compliance, OSHA recordkeeping, safety and Industrial hygiene auditing, safety behavior, culture change, and incident investigation methods. His professional experiences include: US Navy, Industrial Hygienist (1969-1974). Mr. Snyder held various EHS positions with Rohm and Haas (an international chemical company, now Dow), including Industrial Hygiene Manager, Facility Safety, Health and Environmental Manager, and Corporate Safety and Industrial Hygiene Director. He has been a private consultant from 2007 to present.
