In addition, he is a trained auditor for CanadaGAP, PrimusGFS and SQF food safety management systems.

His areas of consulting include Food Safety Engineering, Continual Improvement and Sustainability, and his business projects include automated vending, contract auditing and consulting. He is active in most of the well-known organizations in his field as well as a contributor to specialized communities.
